I know this is comedy, and I admire both of them, but this tt is really deep in some points. 1.-You need the right couch. 2.- Not a freak if you dont like everything. 3.- You can not like it and still do it. 4.- not as a sexist perspective but Tom’s face reacting to Cristina’s statement “yes but I didn’t know that” is the perfect example of the so different education that we received growing up.

You don’t have to hurt to get fit. That always threw me off. Just take it slow. I do speed walking 1.5 hrs and listen to a podcast and already see a change in my body also Pilates are good 👍
