I think Dayton gave them the excuse to move. Robyn and Kody were scared of losing their control of the OG3 money. Meri wit the catfish and her having the money for the B&B. Christine not being happy and rumors of her wanting to leave. Keep in mind expect for Robyn's house Kody wasn't on any of the deeds in Vegas. This was a money grab reason for Coyote Pass and Kody on each deed.

dont forget when robyn's stuff sat in uhaul trucks for 2-3 months. i looked it up average cost per a truck/day is $50. they had 4 trucks! And Meri's waterfall/elevator house was so wasteful.

The Flagstaff move was never “about school”; it was about control. In Vegas, the wives were too evenly placed, and Robyn couldn’t dominate the schedule or narrative. Splitting the family gave her the upper hand. And Kody suddenly had a reason to “invest” in land… and skim from the family fund…. In Vegas, he could never get his hand in the cookie jar.

Robyn moved because she couldn’t stand them knowing where Kody was. Robyn convinced Kody and he was upset the entire time. Robyn had to keep reminding him that it was his idea.

It was so dumb. Houses they live in for a few years doesn’t accumulate all that equity they thought. Once they moved he stopped talking about CP, and then said he don’t want to be in polygamy anymore. 😂. If my house didn’t sell I would have moved back
