My rule is if you want to keep to yourself and be quiet all shift you do you but if you're refusing to communicate effectively involving work related tasks then you ARE being rude. If I ask you to grab something from the back because my hands are full then I expect a response of some kind so I know you heard me, if I don't hear or see one I WILL pester you. If you're in a team environment you at least need to be able to coordinate with the team, if you dont like gossip or dont want to be friends I dont care I'll vibe on my own just the same

It really does. people you don’t even know they will talk behind your back. You know why? Because if you keep to yourself they can’t know your business and they will try into cover up that fact with saying that you think you are better than them, or try to talk down on you saying you’re weird or you’re hiding something. When really they just want to be in your business and they don’t like that you are smart enough not to share it

no fr. my family hates how reclusive i am. my niece even told me it's terrifying how quiet I am. maybe I'm a bit too quiet that I now stutter while talking but that's not my fault that I am an emotionally closed off, depressed, anxiety filled extreme introvert😭
