You know what.. this makes me realize that my body was trying to tell me something was off for YEARS. I have the same symptoms! I was diagnosed 4 months ago so I’m still coping and adjusting. The acne is hard, I’ve struggled for years and tried oral meds too. Makes me feel so insecure at my big age of 32 😭 what products have helped you?
