Something is stuck in the garbage disposal or a blade is loose. Either way don’t use it until you find out or you’ll be replacing it… ask me how I know… (just replaced mine because of that same sound and didn’t follow my own advice) 🤣🤣🤣

It’s super simple. Just disconnect the plumbing, under the sink drop the disposal, take the rubber piece off the top, turn it upside down and shake until whatever in there falls out. OR turn it off and wait til he gets home. 😂

Clean the garbage disposal by packing it with a generous amount of ice. Then add some baking soda, a splash of vinegar, and a bit of Dawn dish soap. Turn the disposal on while running COLD water you’ll see all the gunk start to rise to the surface.

There should be an L wrench that fits in the engine of the garbage disposal you put it in and twist and it will help losen whatever is stuck in it. Please switch the power off before you mess with the garbage disposal.

I mean, I didn’t need a man to replace my garbage disposal. Take yourself to The Home Depot, get a new one, google how to videos, and change it out! Oh..get the model number from the current one first
