My feet use to be soo bad . I would put a sock on my hand and rub between my toes till they bled.. until I used Silka foot cream it’s been 3 years since I’ve had any itching.

Black seed oil and castor oil works… mix together in a glass jar. It’s the only thing I put on my husband’s feet when he gets a fungus on his toes and feet in the summer. He works in construction and wears socks and boots and his feet sweat. Also works on his toe nails.
