These people can easily be saved at the time when the water flow was not that fast and the surface where these people were standing was broad and firm enough to stand.At that time some ropes can be managed easily,may be one by one they will be transferred to the safest place and the casualty will be less, bt so sad majority of the people were busy in making their videos, while they were waiting for the help and screaming to death 💔😭
