if this happens, I see a lot of folks w quitting, including myself, then this increase will be pointless because there will be literally no revenue smh i don't get why they think they can save $$ by messing with federal employees? we already get paid so much less than the private sector and we're probably 10 x's more skilled than those in the private sector, yet we are scrutinized daily smh
