I have a theory. When it is revealed that gamma jack was killed, Mr incredible puts his face into his hand a bit. This could either be relief or devastation. There are 2 ways on why. 1. Relief: Because gamma jack was a high danger to both villains AND supers was terrifying. He had the strongest abilities and was most likely the hardest to kill. He even killed any villain he encountered. Not only that, but he was sadistic towards women. He only did his job if a pretty woman was in distress. And he did the job brutally. And he even pointed out he doesn't like killing attractive girls, even if they're villains. This points out he most likely killed INNOCENT PEOPLE and was masked as a super for respect and trust from the people so he wouldn't go completely corrupt and try to persuade the others supers to turn against normal humans. So, this theory is most likely taken into perspective simply because gamma jack was TERRIBLE and he was BRUTAL. Theory 2 is devastation; While he may have been dangerous, he was probably the strongest super besides universal man and gazerbeam. He was most likely the best weapon for the supers, and he was good at being a weapon. However, with the constant deaths of villains that were caused by gamma jack killing them, syndrome most likely used it against him. He most likely used the omnidroid and gave it a screaming woman's voice or used mirage to lure him in. This goes to show that when someone has a high reputation and sadistic egoist, they are broken easier than other people may be. So, which theory is true? Don't know, it's just a random thought of 2 theories I had and crafted.

The reason why he didnt relocate bob was because the goverment deemed it too expensive, but even after that he still offered to relocate bob one last time for old times sake, Bob refused it though.
