POV: you go to @Skyline Chili for the first and last time. I was extremely excited to try this place but from entering to leaving it was the worst experience I’ve had eating anywhere in my life. I was not greeted and the couple after me was immediately warmly greeted by the whole staff and asked if they were eating in or ordering to-go. The person taking my order looked like she was being forced to do her job and didn’t even ask if I wanted a drink; her whole demeanor was unwelcoming and rude. She never asked if I was eating in or getting to-go. I felt rushed and couldn’t even ask for suggestions or recommendations. When I asked the person who ignored me and attended the couple after me, why I my food was boxed and I wasn’t asked if I was eating in, she stated “miscommunication”. assuming I was an uber driver… I wanted to say something but I kept my demeanor the whole time, I even tipped on the kiosk when paying. The food was very low quality and I never waste food and always clean up.
