Me and the residents had beef me and the male first year ones I think it was a cultural thing cause they were new to the country but they would get so offended when I would put resident notified bc it made them look bad

You’re on my feed all the time now and I love the insight that you bring! I’m a nursing student as well and definitely agree, a lot of the times management or even fellow nurses don’t even appreciate us. You’re going to be a great MD!

I work for a small community hospital and a level 1 trauma teaching hospital, as a Hispanic person it’s part of our culture to say good morning to everyone. Some just stare at me, but some residents have been really nice to me
