the problem is that by the time the eo is given to the ruling from the courts. thousands if not millions of people are affected. instead of the system we had where an injunction would be place the day after and the fought in court. limiting the people affected. this is gonna clog up the courts

I read this may backfire, there are DACA applications on hold because of a Texas injuction, meaning other states could allow those applications to go forward

The door swings both ways for all parties. The federal judge in Texas that the GOP loves to run to willl now b bound by the same burden as the rest of us. I’m not sure they’ll be able to make a class that allows the government to do what they want. Add to this that filing an injunction in the federal courts is something lawyers at the ALCU have been preparing for since November.

But there's a section in there stating that the President doesn't have to be answerable to the Court, according to a lawyer I just watched. He can just use the Constitution as a guideline, and they're using Marsbury v. Madison as their precedent. Please tell me that the reading I heard wasn't correct, for I fear it is.
