OMG! I think you just diagnosed my husband!!! He’s been going to the gym for a couple months. He’s doing fantastic, lost a bunch of weight, got his A1C back within normal range, but he had a weird breakout a couple days ago exactly like this, with no reasonable explanation. Making an appointment with an allergist rn! THANK YOU!!!

I have exercise induced utecaria… but mine are giant and cover my entire body. I have to get an EpiPen for it to stop. My allergist just told me that I need to take Allegra every day if I’m going to be working out.
