Given that the Supreme Court never takes the initiative to make an injunction against unconstitutional Presidential Decrees, that the only people in the U.S. government who actually take initiative to uphold their oaths of office to “support the Constitution” (as required by Article VI paragraph 3 of the U.S. Constitution) are those “single judges” on the U.S. District Courts who make those injunctions, what we now have is a system of Justice in the United States where only the President is allowed to take initiative to set policy across the country, in other words, the Supreme Court has made the President into a King
