The ones like momcozy slowed my supply because it wasn’t fully draining me. Would not recommend those. I think what you got is gonna be great!

Get the Medela it’s what the hospital uses and gets the most milk per pump. It’s pricey but worth it.

Pumping safe at 37 weeks +, you don’t want to do too early can cause labor. Hand expressions may be different week wise for the colostrum. Double check with your doctor!
