To be pedantic law does exist in the form of Cuius est solum, eius est usque ad coelum et ad inferos. In a nutshell the landowner has rights of the airspace above. In laws of today this means the rights are divided into ‘air above’ and subsurface rights ‘below ground’. Titles to properties includes the space immediately above them (ambiguity as to distance, but would most certainly cover height above the roof tops or the highest tree in the vicinity. It doesn’t extend to as high as air space where aircraft fly. So depending on how high the drone is flown it may breach. 🤔
