at first I didn't understand the Keenan flaps how it isolates the lat but I just realized it's pretty much a pulldown cause of the elbow path like 2 weeks ago

yeah but it does remove elbow flexion so no biceps involvement
and retracting your scapula is the function of the upper back so you train in by kelso shrugs or upper back rows
