If you avoid inflammatory food a few days before and during your period you won't get cramps. I tested this as someone who can barely walk during periods i must say it make wonders. Also the chocolate and sugary things it makes it worse i don't know why most women would treat themselves with chocolate during the period just because the cramps make your live miserable 😭
