It is not uncommon for Korean women to eat Miyeok-guk as much as 2-3x a day for weeks after giving birth. This soup was very easy to make with just few ingredients. Serves 2-3: - About 16g of dried seaweed (miyeok from Korean market). 16g seems little but trust me it expands. Seaweed paper or nori will not work. - 6 cups water - About 4oz of beef (chuck, brisket, or any other) - 1 tbsp minced garlic - 1 tbsp fish sauce - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp sesame oil - 1 tsp black pepper
