We couldn’t see 2ft in front of us on the interstate in that storm yesterday. I’m glad they weren’t trying to fly in it.

Husband was stranded in Augusta bc they couldn’t fly into ATL. I drove to go get him myself, luckily only 2hrs away.

My daughter and her husband were stranded there last night on their wedding night trying to get to their honeymoon destination. No flights, no rental cars, no hotel rooms, no Uber/Lyft/Taxis. They are on standby for a flight but don’t know what will happen. Her husband’s dad is en route from KY with their two big dogs to get them.

Welcome to Atlanta girl! It’s wild for sure. Also, never wear uncomfortable clothes or shoes while flying. You never know. Also I always bring change of clothes in carry on bag and toiletries. Good luck!

We had the same situation in charlotte, we got them to book a flight to PA and rented a car to drive the rest of the 4.5 hours home but still had to spend the night in the airport
