Our gov is infiltrated with Christian nationalists who have highjacked the system to impose upon us their single ideology and are a constant attack on our freedom. There are no ethical billionaires. Too many of us are living paycheck to paycheck while working over 60 hours a week. I paid 27% in federal taxes this year. Jeff paid less than 2%. My household pays 1800 a month in student loans. I work for the state and when I started my job in 2022, I started at $26 an hour. I’m not opposed to paying student loans, but 100% of my student loan payment goes straight to interest. This system is rigged to keep us poor. That’s just my student loans alone. Add astronomical housing prices and wtf am I even working for? I feel like I’m paying the state for allowing me to work for them atp.
