Boiling it down to Cap loves Bucky is crazy. He wasn’t on board with the accords because it would limit how much the Avengers were able to help based on what the Government saw fit. Again if they had the accords in Avengers 1 they literally would have had to watch New York get nuked. Cap’s stance on the accords have nothing to do with why he was helping Bucky who was actually innocent of what he was being blamed for.

I really don’t understand how people are team Iron man like we know there is a lot of corruption in the goverment (what literally the plot is of the winter soldier) and that some goverments has to much pride to call the avengers when the world is at stake
