@chris__brayton: Tips for Hot Runs Here are some tips for hot runs: 1. Hydrate before: water and electrolytes, more than you think you’ll need 2. Shorter distance: don’t do your long runs in the heat if you can avoid it. 3. Wear sunglasses: it’s no fun to be squinting your whole run. Makes a huge difference. I use @pitvipersynglasses and have been for a while. They work well for me! If you can avoid it, avoid it!! Run in the morning or evening when it’s cooler!
