I agree that the molana’s words are harsh and islam is not that strict but Islam has given permission to women to work but only if it is absolute necessity and in those professions which are helpful for other women but keeping the rules and regulations of islam in mind and covering themselves and limiting their interactions with other men

Nusaybah bint Ka’ab (also known as Umm Ammarah) was a female warrior who participated in several battles, including the Battle of Uhud. Although her most well-known role is in defense of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) during Uhud, there are historical reports that she and her family, including her sons, were deeply involved in the defense of Islam

The Second Pledge of Aqabah
She was one of the few women who witnessed the Second Pledge of Aqabah, where she pledged allegiance to the Prophet ﷺ in support of Islam.
The Battle of Yamama (Against Musaylimah the Liar)
After the Prophet’s ﷺ passing, Nusaybah joined the Muslim army in the Ridda Wars to fight Musaylimah the Liar.
Her son, Habib ibn Zayd, was killed by Musaylimah, but she did not give up. Instead, she vowed to avenge him.
She fought with remarkable bravery, even after her hand was cut off in battle, continuing to fight without fear.
She was among the fiercest warriors against Musaylimah’s army until he was killed, and the Muslims achieved victory.
