Travel with kids to @LEGOLAND New York. SAVE THIS AS YOUR LEGOLAND CHECKLIST 💛🧱 💛 STAY - The Legoland Resort is just steps away from the park. We love the themed rooms and the fun atmosphere. Last year we stayed in a Kingdom room but this year we stayed in a Friends room. There are also Ninjago themed rooms. Each room has a king size bed as well as a bunk with a trundle and plenty of space for a family! There were bricks to build, two TVs, complimentary water, coffee, and apple juice! We could see the park from our room. There’s a scavenger hunt in each room with a vault you get to open at the end for a prize and a big scavenger hunt around the hotel! The lobby has a castle/pirate ship playscape, a gift shop, arcade, Creative Workshop, Skyline Bar, and Bricks Family Restaurant. 💛 PLAY - Our favorites at the park are the Minifigure Sky Flyer, Rouge Riders, Brick Party, Driving School, LEGO Factory Adventure, Ninjago, The Dragon, and The Dragons Apprentice. For the Water Playground make sure you make a reservation. You get 20 minutes to run around and play! I recommend going first thing in the morning if you can. We were there with only a handful of people. 💛 EAT - We ate dinner at Bricks both nights and the resort offers complimentary breakfast. It’s eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, toast, pastries, and fruit. While we were at the park we mostly snacked on popcorn, pretzels, and Ella loved the green apples at Granny’s Apple Fries. You can get sliced green apples! I loved the smoothies and açaí bowls at Miniland Delights. 💛 DO - We watched a puppet show at Peppa Pigs Playground. They have shows all day. It was so cute and interactive. We caught a 4D show at Palace 4D Cinema. Meet the characters all around the park! Cam met Kai from Ninjago this year! Both kids got facepaint. Also make sure to play on the playgrounds throughout the park! At the resort make sure to swim in the pool and play with the floating LEGO bricks, grab a s’mores kit from the Little Big Shop and hang by the firepits. Don’t forget about the 8pm dance party in the lobby! We had such a fun stay the kids were sad to go!
