I built my abs only doing leg raises like do them slowly and have tension all the time and almost at the bottom do staric hold then raise slowly you will fell it it built mine so much but they are not visible too much body fat😭😭😭😭 I need to lose body fat but I cant I am cutting for 6 months now maybe 7 I lost like 5% body fat maybe more but I still have body fat😭😭😭
