In Tennessee, there is paperwork we provide to medical staff to justify exigent circumstances. Additionally, in my county, getting a warrant for blood takes me twenty minutes. Very bad decisions made by officers.

Is it a possibility that the person who caused the accident was under the influence? Were the a friend of the police officer? Were they hoping the unconscious person was possibly under the influence too. Which could probably put blame for the accident in question?
