I only opened at 4 AM-2Pm for 3 months Monday-Friday every week cuz the other opener manager quit so I became the official opener he told me I was getting a raise he said how much do u make and I said $17.50 then he said ur getting a raise I asked him again 2 weeks later he said oh I just have to submit the approval Another month go by I asked him when is the system going through and he kept ignoring me legit ignoring me I asked like 3-4x when will I get it and he just kept ignoring me then at the end of 3 months he said oh ur not getting a raise u need to improve on running the flooor food safety Eco safety. Like fine that's something I need to improve on but then why'd u give me a damn hope I'd get it I didn't need to be lied abt it. I'd rather u tell me I need u to open and see what I'm good at and then u can criticize me on what I need to improve on Why would u give me a false hope. He quit cuz as I mentioned in the video everybody gets replaced and he didn't wanna work at another MCD's cuz it was too far away but thank god he did cuz god I hated seeing him. And I know all the other managers make 18.50 cuz they run floors and closes and I've asked them before too so y am I making a dollar less. I asked abt the raises 2 days ago and he's telling me I have to be a 3rd assistant which I don't buy any of that BS I honestly can't wait to leave that place or atleast work once or twice a week with little hrs and if they do see this video then fine fire me whatever.
