gorgeous print and post processing work; personally I leave the inside of bigger objects like the skull empty but put an extra sphere in there. This way the slicer will slice it as extra walls and keep the majority empty while doing double walls and some infill for strength. Saves on print time and material.

This is amazing ! May i ask which filament you used? I printed my lillia staff and the first one broke, i had to up the infill quite a bit to get it stable.. 😊

if you make another prop, you might want to look into PolyProps CosPLA version A, it's made to be easier to sand (will let you know my thoughts after my Dinobot sword has printed if wanted)

You should try using the standard JB Weld to glue. It’s stronger and you can sand it, so you can skip using the filler
