the pans aren’t dirty, no it’s seasoned pans, now yes crumbs and old toppings left in pans isn’t up to par it is all supposed to be wiped out THEN oiled, also when dough is done each day, between each pan there is supposed to be a piece of film between each pan protecting the dough, this store doesn’t do it right and should have an automatic fail from health department visits, or corporate incomings.

i was a crew lead at a little caesars and i just left… shit was always so dirty and whenever i would clean or have people clean, it would go exactly back to how it was before in less than 24hrs. it was horrible

I use to work a pizza place that trimmed the mouse chews off the edges of the crust in the walk in. Also, the owner would make us shred our own cheese, cover the floor and our shoes in plastic and save what fell on the floor.
