so if someone reports suspicious activity (intrusive filming or otherwise), and the cop comes to investigate, and they ask him what his "Reasonable articulable suspicion" is, and he clearly responds that he was called due to such and such suspicious activity, how is that not articulating the reasonable suspicion? how else can he investigate?
