This video also shows why we need to treat each other so well.... I don't want to add a Cheerio to someone's "bad" pile.

“Okay, let’s look for evidence you’re not a failure. ‘I have a degree’, ‘I have a job’”. Me watching with no degree or job: 👁️👄👁️

Great visual explanation! Thank you! I’d also add that our subconsciousness doesn’t really hear the “not” in negative statements. If you tell someone “close your eyes and do not imagine a penguin with a red scarf and blue sneakers,” they will imagine just that. So the program “I’m not a failure” still sounds negative to the brain as it hears the word “failure.” A great alternative is to say “I’m a winner” or “I succeed” or “I’m resilient,” etc.

Is there a way to remove the “Im a failure path” ?

can I ask how those tasks mean someone isn't a failure cause they don't sound good enough for me. Like I'd not class any of that as an indicator of my success. I may even decide that's a failure point that I even considered it being so.

enjoying the beauty :
I heard somewhere that the subconscious doesn't understand the word no.
so saying "I am NOT a failure" might work as well as not imagining a green elephant while reading this.
instead it's better to redirect and say
whay I am.
"I am actually successful"
or "I'm doing very well considering...".
and hopefully build up to a bolder more positive statement to connect with like "I am successful" etc

This reminds me of the “embodiment” that people talk about in manifestation. Act like you’re already the person who has the things they want

You lost me at grabbing coffee with a friend. I’ve got no friends. I think that deserves a donut-sized cheerio on your left-hand side! 🍩

I could trade intellectual discourse and spar dendrites with you all day about this. Don’t reinforce the “don’t”, but reinforce the “do”. Put more energy towards your successes, stronger deeper pathways form, vs your failures.
