this is called over crowding. this suggests that this place is for the profit not for the animals. so sad to see. plus this enclosure has nothing for the birds to enjoy like artifical tress and branches, toys, or anything birds need. sad but at least you enjoyed it.

i think the enclosure might need more branches and such near the entrance so the birds can wait in a high, safe place for people to come. that way theyre not on the floor waiting to be stepped on...

Me and my family went to one of those and we had the same experience. I was mainly scared of dropping the whole stick out of my hand cause I didn’t expect them to be so heavy 😭😂
