I use flour tortillas. My mother used flour. My grandmother used flour tortillas. I'm 68yrs old. For ground or shredded beef I use flour. For cheese or chicken I use corn tortillas. That's just what I'm used to because my family has always made them that way. 😉

Made this tonight and it was delicious. I added half a white onion, red sweet pepper, and can of green chiles to the beef bc I happened to have it all. Yum.
