Kefir people, try kefir, thank me later, it’s super tasty and lots of probiotics, it’s fermented, it’s like a safe alternative to raw milk ( I still consider raw milk good for us and safe but if you wanna start, try kefir )

i have one: a small glass (literally 1/3-1/2 cup) of unflavored kefir every night before bed. stick with it and after 2-3 weeks my bloating has gone waaaay down and my skin is clearer. and i’m not exaggerating in the slightest so just do it pls 🫶🏻

eliminate processed foods from ur diet, limit your daily sugar intake, stop drinking anything thats not water, tea or coffe (drinks that are sugar free or zero callories are also kinda unhealthy).
