When Rumi gets her power up in the end, does her weapon change? it's such a quick flick but it looks like it gets bigger?

Makes sense that they use ceremonial weapons since the first gen hunters were Korean shamans or at least their attires resemble shamans.

Is there a special ceremony significance that the bow and arrows (any of the weapons really) that the first hunters use???

it's so cool that the weapons are drawn from the honmoon and you can see them pluck it from the strands and the idea that without their voices would mean no honmoon thus no weapons makes their songmaking all the more important

It's almost like they actually cared about making a good movie (unlike most movies of today...)

I heard another creator talk about Jinu being 400 years old is significant because that was a time when rituals to send the dead to the afterlife stopped happening, so huntrix were essentually performing a ceremony to release their souls. I'd love to learn more about this!!!!

While I don't want to disrespect your experience, you definitely know more about it then I do, the character designer for the show, Euni Cho, released the design documents for the weapons over on Twitter and he disagrees with you about what they are.

As an American, it blows me away that Korean history existed over a thousand years before the US was even a country ❤️

Do saingums have variations? When jinu gives his soul to rumi the saingum changes appearance but I wanna know if it still counts as a saingum or if it's a different sword

I saw some early concept art and Mira was wielding a fan. Would that have a spiritual significance difference?

What I'm interested in is, there are star patterns/constellations on their swords. Does it mean something, is it representative of traditional Korean culture? Are there korean constellations that can be found in the designs? I'm really curious if it could foreshadow something.

I forget where I heard this, but I think the story was first and foremost a Korean cultural concept; KPOP came in as the concept was finalized.

This is so cool! Clearly, the creators have done their research. The girls weapons make sense, like how Mira keeps people at arms length, so it would make sense that she uses the spear, while Zoey is more direct, so she gets throwing knives. (Sorry for not using the correct Korean terms. I just realized it and wanted to share before I forget😅)

Can you make a video about the Minwha Tiger 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. I have a cute theory Jinu left him with her to protect her. Not just because they liked hanging with her. Lol

I’m restarting my learning Korean journey, and I want to know if you would do a video showing proper pronunciations for all the Korean and the different songs. Provided you haven’t already, as I’m currently cyber stalking all your videos for KPDH content

I'm absolutely in love with glaives and glaive adjacent weapons! I also love that these are ceremonial because it makes sense for the movie
