This isn’t about you needing a man so much as never being taught how to change a tire. First, “lefty loosy, righty tighty”. Second, we break the lug nuts loose (but don’t remove them) while the car is on the ground, then jack it up and finish taking the wheel off. Once the tire is changed, hand tighten the lug nuts while the car is jacked up, lower it, and tighten the nuts. Use a star pattern to tighten the nuts and you’re done 😁

That's okay. nobody knows how to do it if they've never been shown even dudes. before you jack it up, you have to break the bolts loosen them slightly. then you jack it up. then you take the nuts off and lift your tire off placing your hands before and eight position on the wheel

Hey girlie pop. I've changed my own tires all my life. It's not difficult I promise and you are 100% capable of doing it! Next time loosen the bolts first. Also most jacks have a sticket image that show you where under your car you can place it to lift it safely if not you can always do a quick Google search. Also there are a lot of Tik toks and videos of some very kind people that will teach you how to do it. It's not about your boyfriend or needing a man or not it's about being able to help yourself when no one is around. You've got this!
