@soph.workbaby: Put expiry dates on meetings 🤙🏼 Recurring 1:1 meetings that neither person finds helpful anymore = your greatest waste of time. Set them to a season. End strong. Not awkwardly. I also do this with other work stuff like a weekly email you start sending or a regular segment you start in meetings.
