His account is great Per Pan Details -2 Eggs -1/2 Cup Egg Whites -1/2 Cup ish Cottage Cheese -1.5oz Cheese of Choice, we used Mozzarella -5 Cooked Sausage Links, chopped up -1/3 Cup Bell Pepper/Onion Mix -S&P to Taste -Hot Sauce is a great addition before or after cooking **400 Degrees for 40 Minutes **Reheat …. OK….did some math. About 650 calories per pan with 71 grams of protein…..and we bought some glass containers for next time

Only thing: try try not to eat processed meat daily. Colon cancer is skyrocketing in young people, & processed meat, and red meat, increase your risk. I had to convince my son (6’5 DIV 1 TE) as well, & it took him seeing the research w/his own eyes. It was a battle, but he amended his meal prep too.

650 cal per pan that's a lot, but I don't get where does all the calories come from? It has to be from the sausage. I would change that for me. I like to stay around 400 cal a meal.
