INGREDIENTS
1 kilo kasim/liempo or pork belly
Pork blood
1 cups gata
1/2 cup Vinegar
Pork cubes
Ginger
Onion
Garlic
Pepper
Laurel
Chili
SAUTE PORK UNTIL BROWN put 1/4 cup vinegar while sauteing,
ONCE BROWN ADD PORK BLOOD DON’T MIX,add another 1/4 cup pork blood,cover and boil for atleast 15 mins.
After 15 mins. add gata,pork cubes and season with patis and pepper bring to a boil for another 15 mins and done.
