I just read an updated article, there were 2 people firing shots. the 16 year old that was shot in the head was the original shooter. She fired a gun at a boy (reason unknown) and ended up hitting the 17 year old girl like 100 feet away. She (16 year old) runs away with her group of friends, and one of the boys there shoots and hits her in the head. Shes in critical condition and not expected to be able to communicate any time soon, so we might not know the context for a while

Guys I’m LGBT but read the news 1st, the 16yr old girl was the original shooter but missed and hit the 17yr old bystander girl, then her accomplice shot through the crowd blindly 4 times but unintentionally hit the 16yr old girl in the head… tragic!!!

There literally always shooting and stabbings and caraibana (the largest Caribbean carnival outside the Caribbean in Toronto) does that automatically make it a racist hate crime? Your going to need more evidence then that
