@hitch_philippines: On July 16, 1990 at exactly 4:26 in the afternoon, the "big one" struck the the island of Luzon. The force was estimated at 7.8 magnitude which brought down so easily lots of tall structures and caused great panic and death to many. Baguio City was one of the most hardly hit by the earthquake. 34 years later, the nightmare still lives on the memory of those who had witnessed the tragedy and for those who had lost their loved ones from that day. This post is a silent prayer to those who perished, a reminder to those who survived and a warning to what may lies ahead.
