@attyforfederalemployees: 6.30🚨Federal workers – Supreme Court just dropped a major decision (Trump v. Casa). Nationwide injunctions? Harder now but NOT dead. What does this mean for YOUR job? Watch to find out. When do you think SCOTUS will rule on the RIF case? I am leaning toward ScOTUS not issuing a ruling. They will issue something half a— and leave a loop hole for the Administration. This allows them to push the envelope

Also a lot of lawsuits against hhs for example were filled under apa so those would remain unchanged. Basically if I understand correctly, this decision just closes one of the several doors for blocking Rifs. Correct if I’m wrong.

this goes on and on. There's never a RIF update with any substance. No one knows what they're doing.

how do you think this will effect the injection in the dismantling of the unions EO. cause if that EO is allowed to go forward how would prior union members be included in a class action. will all federal employees have to file their own law suits & how will it work if fed employees in blue states get injuctions but red states don't or vs versa. I don't understand how federal employees wouldn't automatically be lumped together since we aren't state specific

Thank you so much for breaking this down. I had done a lot of research over the weekend but felt like I was missing a piece and the APA was the piece.
