I moved to northern California in 1994 and ended up in a ranch house with 8 acres surrounded by THOUSANDS OF CALIFORNIA FARM LAND. First off FARMERS and Ranchers in California are AMAZING PEOPLE 👏👏. Anyways, the first summer at sunset, we would hear loud squealing. Within minutes, THOUSANDS OF MICE were all over my lawn and covered my entire house along with the other 3 houses. It was crazy. The nest year, it was CRICKETS!! Don't know why or how. Just dealt with it😵💫😵💫😵💫

Cats work wonders. I had a mobile home and lived in it for 20 years and never had rats. Constructions started down the street and started seeing sewer rats. The critters were brave. I tried every chemical for rats and nothing worked. I got a cat and within a month no more rats! Ughhhhh
