Looks like folliculitis. My daughter got it in Mexico after being in the pool. Basically every pore on your face is infected. It took a good 15-20 days to clear up with antibiotics.

This exact thing happened to me when I washed my face with my husbands 10% benzol peroxide. It was terrible😭 so many tiny tiny white bumps all over! Folliculitis allergic reaction. Def whatever product you used, the sunscreen?

Push for every kind of blood test! My 2 yr old granddaughter has a rash that comes and goes and a fever, her doctors couldn’t figure it out. Through blood work they found out she has mono.

Have you been in a pool or hot tub lately? I have gotten something similar if the chemicals aren’t right and not enough to kill bacteria in the water. Antibiotics normally take like a week-10 days to fix it.

Have you tried small section the test it out with alcohol wipes, it could be a combination of the sun screen and pond water mixed with the sun and heat
