HOW TO: - come to tabletop and lower down to your forearms - pull your belly in and up and press out of your shoulders - have palms on the mat or clasp your hands together - gaze towards your knees, tuck your toes under and lift your hips up - option to walk your hands closer to your elbows to deepen the stretch - keep a soft bend in your knees and reach your heels down towards the floor MODIFY: deepen the bend in your knees or keep a wider stance between your feet and elbows, or both! #dolphinpose #ardhapinchamayurasana #yogaathome #yogatips #yogapose
