I'm curious if there's a connection between the gel's effectiveness and whether there's bone thinning or excessive wear and tear in the joints between the bones. Could it be that in these cases it's not effective?

I had been getting injections from the VA of a product called Synvus. The pain after the injections was worse than if I hadn't got them so I stopped. Thanks for the comments on this product.
