is not recommended to shave or excessively trim the coat of a Golden Retriever. Their double coat provides essential insulation and protection from the elements, including sun, heat, and cold. Shaving can compromise this protection, potentially leading to sunburn, skin irritation, and even heatstroke. While some light trimming around the feet, ears, and tail is acceptable for maintenance, removing the majority of the coat is generally discouraged.

This looks like the took a guard comb all over for the cut, which isn’t an outline trim that’s an all over cut. But if this is pure shear work, this is very impressive
