When I lived in an apartment that was on the 2nd floor with a roommate our downstairs neighbor complained of a party on a night that my roommate and I were both at work. We went to the office to prove we both worked. She complained so much on us. We couldn’t even watch tv without her complaining. Thank goodness the assistant manager was someone I went to high school with and she said that lady complained on everyone.

neighbor told us they could faintly hear our AC and it was really bothering them and asked if we could not run it at night. i am so sorry to tell you i cannot control the sound and i will not be turning off my AC in 100° weather
