There's bombrush cyberfunk, which is a spiritual successor to Jet set radio future. There has been a handful of fan made games that were pretty good too since Sega is usually lenient with fan games for the most part. Jsrfmp was my favorite, but it died a year or two ago and the mod creator is no longer working on it 😞
